The UK loves pancakes but if you’re looking for something on the cusp of being healthy but equally delicious try these two recipes, using honey instead of golden syrup, Greek yogurt instead of cream and other nice things…
Recipe 1 – Greek Yogurt, Bananas and Honey
Easy simply serve with a drizzle of honey, a blob of Greek yogurt and some chopped bananas.
Recipe 2 – Greek Yogurt, Desiccated Coconut, Almonds and Honey
As above, really easy just sprinkle the coconut, almonds and a drizzle of honey, roll and eat.
